Originally from Belgium Laura moved to London to train as a contemporary dancer. After a very fulfilling life in the performing arts, she started baking in 2016 to fill her time whilst on maternity leave. 6 months later she moved to Crowborough and created Fresh Dough Artisan Microbakery. Working from her kitchen she started her business. 7 years later Laura has moved all her equipments and skills in a new purpose built building next to her house.
